Congratulations on taking this step toward better dental health!
Dr. Ezzo specializes in the placement of Dental Implants, gentle wisdom tooth removal and corrective periodontal therapy. He is a Board Certified Periodontist, a distinction which sets him apart from every other dental specialty. A specialty in Periodontal Surgery requires 3 years of surgical training following 4 years of dental school. After his 3 year surgical residency at Texas A&M Baylor College of Dentistry, Dr. Ezzo continued his training and achieved Diplomate Status with the American Board of Periodontology (AAP). Remarkably, less than half of all Periodontists go on to receive their Board Certifications!
The Dental Implant Surgery Center in Plano, Texas specializes in the placement of dental implants which replace single or multiple missing teeth, secure ill-fitting partials or dentures, and eliminates the need for conventional bridge work. Dr. Ezzo also performs "smile makeovers" by eliminating gummy smiles and correcting gum recession. Finally, he diagnoses and treats Oral Pathology and Gum Diseases using the latest technological advances for the correction of these conditions.
Although most of us don't really like to go to the doctor or dentist, our Team strives to make your visits as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. We strongly believe that our patients' comfort is an important part of quality dental care. Our mission is to treat every patient as we would like to be treated ourselves; therefore, we strive to provide only the highest standard of care available for you and your family...and nothing less!
Dr. Ezzo and his Team believe that your right to choose a Specialist is an important freedom. We work closely as a team with your referring dentist, but a referral by a dentist is not required for a visit to our office. We welcome referrals from both patients and friends of the practice!
We are extraordinarily proud of our staff, which is comprised of the most caring and dedicated professionals in the field. Our commitment is to communicate well with you, our patient as well as your general dentist, ensuring that the your surgical and administrative needs are met as efficiently and as smoothly as possible!

Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit. We are here to listen to your concerns and answer every one of your questions to provide you solutions that eventually lead to your overall health and well-being. Please don't hesitate to e-mail us at info@discofplano.com if you have any questions regarding your care, or call us at 972-527-GUMS (4867).
